High-quality education needs to be established both federally and in every state as a civl right.

Language like: Segregated, Uniform, Common, General, Efficient, Sufficient and Adequate are UNACCEPTABLE! We need all of our schools, regardless of zip code, to provide a HIGH-QUALITY education for all students.
